Helix Monitoring Platform
The Helix Monitoring Platform is a suite of technologies in one consolidated package. Its primary purpose is to provide early detection of condition change of rotating assets utilizing Vibration, Temperature and Oil Condition.
The vibration monitoring package includes:
- 16 analog channels for vibration and temperature measurements
- 3 Digital inputs for Tach/PLC connections
- Bearing, gear mesh, mechanical looseness and alignment vibration measurement output is available.

The oil condition monitoring package includes:
Metallic Wear debris sensor for both ferrous and non-ferrous debris as a measure of particle count and mass.
Moisture sensor detection ensures the oil is always below the saturation point at a given temperature before free and emulsified water starts to form allowing immediate actions.
Oil Condition Sensor monitors the root cause of lubrication and machine failure. Know exactly when to change the oil based on condition, not historical schedules.
